Good Morning!
It's early here but I am awake. I did sleep a little bit last night. Just can't turn my mind off these days.
Good to see that Julia and Carla are out of the hospital. Eileen, sorry that the car show was crappy for Gary. Vickie, take care of yourself. Connie, I hope you feel better today. Can't remember what else I was going to say. Sure wish there was a way to see all the posts while you type your own. If there is a way to do it, I guess I'm not computer savvy enough to know how to do it.
This morning, we are going to go grocery shopping. Other than that, nothing much will happen around here today.
I hope you all have a good day.

Morning Cindy and Kathy and OFF family yet to come in...
Well the Smoked ribs turned out good...that is all Rick did yesterday as he found out we didn't have enough wood for all he wanted to do...oh well...whole complex was wondering what was cooking it smelled so good!! LOL
Today we are not doing anything. Just relaxing and waiting for the rain to hit I guess. Yippee.
As for remembering how to see what other wrote before...I used to take some notes...lol but I think there was a way but for the life of me I do not remember how to do it. CRS ya know!!!
After reading Julia's post about her surgery makes me wonder now if it can happen to me. My RNY was back in 2006 so am I on borrowed time? Any of you lurkers out there know that are further out than me know???
Bought some hair color again...seems like I just did it but its been over a month ago so its time again and the gray hairs ARE back again!!!! Maybe that is what I can/will do today.
Tonight FEAR THE WALKING DEAD is on again. I hope it starts to get more interesting. Seems like it should now, as last weeks opener was an hour and a half long and the ending started to get exciting.
Yesterday Chase's daughter got married. Guess it was an outdoor wedding and reception. Wonder what the colors were? Oh well. Maybe he will have some pictures to show us tomorrow. No we were not invited. Strange huh?
Time for breakfast.
Thoughts and Prayers for ALL that need them!!
HUGSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
Hello Judy...I agree...be glad you weren't invited to the wedding. No wedding gift to purchase!! Chase seems a little off. Most people do invite their employers to their family weddings. At least here they do.
I can't stand to hear another moment how good those ribs were.....just kidding. I am sure every one around there was hoping for an invite!! They are having BBQ ribs here today. I will get my plate and freeze them for now. Nothing is sitting well with me. I don't dare try BBQ.
So what color did you choose for your hair this time? It always seems that you try a little different color each time. It always looks good!!
I am going to watch "Fear the Walking Dead" too. I will give it another chance. I did watch the recap after the show. They did say they wanted this first show to be way laid back and nothing too much happening. They sure reached their goal...LOL! I will check in with you tomorrow about what you thought of tonight's show.
You just open another window and look back and forth and you can see what everyone has to say. I tried writing down a few things...I hated that. Now it is just easier to answer each person separately. I like that so much better. I don't miss anyone that way. It feels more personal to me too!
Have a relaxing afternoon...after you do your hair. I am sure Rick will come up with a good dinner for you tonight!!
Love you...hugs....connie d
Hey Ladies,
It is a little cloudy here. Today, we are taking our granddaughter to Terra Studios for her to make a clay pot. The studio does blown glass figurines and they do clay and all kinds of other interesting artsy things. The park behind the studio is filled with statues that they have created with hidden trolls, gorgeous tiles, and tons of stuff. I'll try to take pictures and post. We take the grandkids every year and let them make something for their mother but this year the boys think they are too grown to go to a pottery class. So, it's Baby Girl and Nana.
I went to make coffee and have like a tablespoon of beans which isn't enough to make a pot of coffee....dang it. I guess I will suffer through withdrawals until we head to the studio and I'll pick up a starbucks...the studio is about a fifteen minute drive from here and it's far back in the woods. I love going there.
Judy, I don't know which is worse not getting invited to an employee's family's wedding or getting invited to every single thing that employee's do...I sort of like the non involvement but when they invite me, I show up.
Yesterday, my granddaughter and I were at the library and were walking to the car and I could hear someone talking--a woman's voice; I looked around and the only person who was in the parking lot besides us was a woman a few cars away...too far for me to normally hear but with my hearing aides that have that nerve stimulator and the MS meds, I heard her. It was one of those strange moments when you realize that your doctor was correct in his diagnosis and treatment. Yeah.
Well to all who have posted and who will follow, I hope your day is peaceful and that you get rested up for the wicked rush of Monday.
